The 2006 roster set that I am waiting for to post to my site will most likely only be a 35 man roster for each team. So at best, you would have the top 10 AAA prospects for each team.
Also, I saw your post over at FOFC, and I'm bummed that you would give up on this great game just because of a lack of a 2006 roster set. I mean, once you play just one week with the rosters, you would already be diverting from reality, as the AI would make trades, you'd have injuries, etc.
For folks waiting for a 2006 roster set, here's my suggestion in the mean time. Import the 2005 MLB association. Quick Sim the 2005 season, and before the 2006 season begins, just move players around according to the latest rosters by editing their bio. For the new 2006 rookies you need to have, just add them to the game and move them to the right teams. The hard part is getting their ratings right, and I have no interest in trying to estimate ratings for players I have no knowledge of.
