TheoR -> My Season Crashed! (6/13/2006 3:00:47 PM)

I started a replay in the year 1950 using a 60 game schedule. After the 1954 Season, during the "start the off-season" option, the game crashed saying "the file no longer exist". when I restart puresim, i can load my league, but have no option to continue.

HELP!

Just an update. I went back to the backup file and tried again. Same thing happens every time. Seems to happen when it is making the player pages for the alamanac.

I guess my only thing to do at this point is to start over, I guess I just a little scared it will happen again.

I must admit that I am concerned about the level(or lack there of) of support.......

I believe that on 9 June on the other boards Shaun said that he would be away in Vancouver B.C. for a while on a business trip and his presence on these boards would be spotty at best until he gets back.  He needs to work a "real job" to support his family and the rest of his time is used in developing and supporting Puresim.

Yep, I have some questions and comments out too. I am sure he will be back shortly though.

Hi Theo,

Can you zip up a copy of the backup and send it to me so I may take a look (send it to shaun@puresim.com -- use www.sendthisfile.com (its free)

Sorry I was away on business when you posted this issue.
