Hmm well assuming it's a typo, and you meant SPWaW not SPWaW 2 (no idea that that numeral 2 meant).
WinSPWW2 is the game that evolved through the efforts of SP Camo.
SPWaW is built on the SP3 Brigade Combat game code, while WinSPWW2 is built from the SP2 Modern Battles code. It was recently overhauled to make it more Windows friendly (this is a recent development).
In terms of actual game differences in a more detailed sense, well hmm I think even Les would get tired of writing out that much detail hehe.
Fortunately both game versions are free downloads. The fastest way to see the differences, is to just get both and try them.
