I know this is a loaded question

Is there any critera in creating new players , i am looking to fill my

minor leagues with some current top prospects for each team

is there a formula or is all subjective with the ratings

i am trying to make a association with 50 players on each team and would like to fill
the minors with actual minor leaguers, but need some critera to create them

any comments would be appreicated

This is an area of the game I have not explored yet, but would be very interested in hearing other peoples experiences with.
