After matrix customers were slowly accustomed to the searchable pdf manuals, a sudden uproar went through the community as they realized, they won´t receive a comprehensive forum printout as well. Matrix officials replied to the stereotypical questions for an included paper forum with a standardized answer about a searchable forum on the web. Many customers complained about not being able to use the forum on their lap during gameplay, but they were reassured that the webforum would be a fully adequate substitute to the printout and nobody would miss the paper versions.
