I am trying to manually create two convoys from Mare Island to PH, one with fuel and one supply. For three days in a row I have created the task forces and the next day the DD and MSW escorts have left for PH, but the AKs are back in port waiting to be assigned to a TF. The AKs are not part of the auto convoy system, neither is PH. I don't know if this is a bug or I am doing somthing wrong.

I'm running 1.20 against the AI with the superdreadnought scenario. I am 90 or so days into the game and have not seen this yet.

Hi there.

This is not a bug, but rather you have computer controlled areas on, and so the local area commanders are overriding your orders as they want the transports for other duties.  Follow the link below on how to disable computer control, at least until the convoys leave.
