i'm creating profile templates for each of the playbooks. a question:
the amount of profile groups you can create/ or that will show up for the defense seems to be limited to 253. Odd number, but i verified that. I'm using excel to edit and sort the profiles and then cutting & pasting them into my playbook mdb; then converting that over to a pbk file. How i came across this 253 limitation was i was creating profiles within the profile editor and went to add number 254, which did save, but it didn't show up in the list of profiles. i took the same playbook profile data and looked at it from within access and i saw that number 254 was actually created and saved, even though it did not show up in the profile list from within the playbook editor.
the offensive profiles do not have this issue. i can create and load as many i want (which is every combination that makes sense.
this is somewhat limiting for defensive profiles, though its workable the way it is.
