Hi,

to make it easier for us and faster for your to have any issues resolved please do the following when you face technical issues:

1. Make 100% sure that you allow the installer to install DirectX and .NET. Even if you think you allready have the latest revisions of them.

2. Make sure your video card / graphic card drivers are the latest versions. You can find the lastest drivers on the website of your card manufacturer.

3. Make sure your sound card / soudn chip drivers are the latest versions. You can find the lastest drivers on the website of your card manufacturer.

4. When you post a tech support thread it would be very helpfull if you inlcude (attach) a DirectX dialog file and the respective "Game Log" file to your request. Please see the sticky threads in this support forum on how to get them.

5. Some players have experienced a crash related to a font problem caused by an older game. This bug seemed to be caused by players that have installed an old build of Korsun Pocket and uninstalled it -- leaving the Arial font incorrectly set on your system. There are 2 ways to fix this:

1) From the control panel, select Fonts. Find the "Arial" font and delete it. Reboot your system, and it should be restored.
2) Optionally, after deleting the font, you can download a copy of ARIAL.TTF from the Internet (or from a local copy of Windows). Within the Fonts control panel (see above), select "Install New Fonts...". Browse for the ARIAL.TTF file and install it. Re-run the game, and it should now work correctly.

6. Some players are experiencing a crash because their video cards are not DirectX 9-compatible as required by the game. Panzer Command requires hardware texture and lighting support. Some integrated video chipsets do not support these features. All recent dedicated video cards have this support and upgrading is less than a $50 proposition in most cases if you find your integrated chipset is not DirectX 9-compatible.

Just to reiterate, I cannot stress the importance of this enough. Those installers are listed as "Required" for a reason. [8D]
