FYI: While I don't agree with Curt Smith's politics, his book, "Storied Stadiums: Baseball's History Through Its Ballparks" is a fascinating read. Yes, he makes some esoteric references, and his style of prose is somewhat rambling at times, but I can identify with it. [:D]
He offers up some great anecdotes, and his deep-rooted love of the game is obvious. One of the best features are those marvelous Rockwell-style pics, many of which have been used in prk files for Pure Sim. (See PadresFan's site for these).
