How should the summary screen for production be read? For example when I look at Heavy Industry I see something like: Heavy Industy 12000 (16000) What does this mean? Thanks, Steve.

You have 12,000 HI factories (ie 12000 produced each turn) and you have 16000 "in the bank" (surplus HI that wasn't used on previous turns.)
