SonOfShibe -> PSB 2007: Unexpected Error 91 (7/5/2006 5:19:33 AM)

From the Games screen I selected "manage game", okay'd the pregame lineups, chose "auto complete" then "to end of game", at which point I got the UE 91. This has repeated four time consecutively. The last time I did not choose auto-complete, but got it at the end of the play result for the second batter of the game.

Hey shibe, long time no see!

What version of the game are you using? Is it the latest patch? I can't duplicate your issue on 1.18 beta (I tried about 20 times). Any other details that might help?

Hi Shawn, great to be back.

I believe I have the most recent version of the game (can't check, at work now) since I just bought it Monday. Everything had been working fine over multiple sessions of autoplaying single games. At the beginning of the last session I demoted one guy and brought up a new pitcher and inserted him in the rotation. That was the only action I took prior to the error appearing. I thought maybe I had an invalid roster or something, but everything checks out. I take it the game no longer forces you to refill your minor league rotation after a promotion/demotion before continuing games, like 2005 did?

----------------------------------------------------
Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set
----------------------------------------------------

I was simming for a month and recieved a trade offer, which I accepted, then got that error and had to shutdown Puresim due to all kinds of wierd things happening.

Only saw this once though.  (v1.18)

I was able to get past this finally by having the computer reset my roster, lineups, and rotation... then simming the game that had been holding me up. I think I'm in the clear now.
