If I turn off my computer and turn it back on adn then try to load the game....after a couple seconds a warning comes up that says "mouse.bmp" and an OK button....after I click the OK button the game quits to desktop.

If I reintall the game and patches it works. But after if I turn off my computer and back on the same problem persists.

How do I resolve this?

mouse.bmp is used by the game for mouse images (arrow, hourglass). It should be located in your Art directory. If it is not found the game will fail with the message "mouse.bmp not loaded".

yes sir, and then the game quits to desktop.
