MjH -> Editing MF databases with OpenOffice.org Base (7/8/2006 1:21:19 AM)

For those that don't have Microsoft Access, but want to be able to look at or edit the data in Maximum Football databases, I have uploaded a document to fbmax.com that describes how to create an ODBC data source and an OpenOffice.org Base database that uses the data source.

The document was created with OpenOffice.org, so you will have to go to the download page on openoffice.org to download and install OpenOffice.org in order to read it (which you will have to do anyway [:)] in order to use OpenOffice.org Base).

By the way, being a former database developer, these are nice cut and dry directions.  Good job.  I am a huge advocate for open source software and have plenty in my signature.
