Anyone having a problem setting each pitchers hook?

I open the pitchers card and click on player usage.
When I try to click on the down arrow next to hook nothing happens.[&:]

My mistake.
I was trying to set my relievers hook, and only starters have a hook option under player usage.

Question then:
I want to set my relievers to a quick hook, and put my starters on a patient hook.
If I change the Mgr/GM tendencies to quick hook, but set all my starters to patient hook under their cards player usage.
Will I get the result I'm looking for?
