Basically you're right Riun T but there's always been exceptions. I think about some executives from Origins, Blue bytes or Bethesda softworks, who used to pay attention to their customers voice. I can tell for sure that, sometimes, some persons of influence are lurking on the fora but, as most of us do, they use avatars and nicknames. But you're right and most of the ones who are supposed to create games for the masses, simply ignore what the crowd has to say. The same attitude goes with politics. I suppose it has to do with our cultural behaviours. When you become part of a so called elite, you tend to forget where you come from, who helped you to get there and how it happened [:D]
