Graf Speer -> New here & Loving every damn ricochet :) (7/24/2000 2:09:00 AM)

Steel Panthers World at War is like finally arriving at some 'niche' oasis having traveled long and redundant stretches across splash and desertscapes of sprouting shovelware cacti over the last five years, but otherwise observing and sometimes playing a barren host of remarkably dumbed-down war sims designed to appeal more to a Budweiser couch lizard. The expanded "core focus" of SPWAW is an adrenalin rush to the Nth degree! Reviewing the excellent accompanying manual is both highly recommended and inspirational! I hope SPWAW will serve a model example showing how another company might see to packagae their own classic niche products. Thank you, Bill Wilder & Crew, for a heroic and inspiring work and much more! And Thank You Gary Grigsby & Company for the generous source code support (as I understand it) and truly professional cooperation to make SPWAW all possible! Gutes Glück! Wild Bill -> (7/24/2000 4:58:00 AM)

Thank you so much for this glowing review, Albert. Actually, I'm just a cog in the wheel, a member of a mighty team. And I know that you know that. I just talk more than everyone else . I guess I really enjoy contact with my peers in the wargaming hobby very much! But I'll make sure every member of the team knows of this fine, encouraging post. Thank you so much. I'm glad SPWAW made through the harshest conditions imaginable to your home and your computer. Enjoy it. I know I am! Thank you again...Wild Bill ------------------ In Arduis Fidelis Wild Bill Wilder Coordinator, Scenario Design Matrix Games
