jrodsly -> fantasy football league list (7/25/2006 11:58:24 PM)

anybody know of any websites that have this kind if list? the type of league im looking for is not Espn, Sporting News, etc.

Great White -> RE: fantasy football league list (11/14/2006 3:21:49 AM)

Everybody complains about my posts, that have to do with MF and FB Gaming; however, what the does a post like this have to do with MF?? Where you hyprocrites??

jrodsly -> RE: fantasy football league list (11/14/2006 9:23:44 PM)

ok. fine. disregard.

Brockleigh -> RE: fantasy football league list (11/15/2006 2:42:40 AM)

GW...

... ummmm, because that's the topic of this particular forum. Until there are any Max-FB leagues put on by the community here (where is the VCFL anyways?), I would say that this is a legitimate question put forth by jrodsly, however, that's just my take on it.

... and jrodsly, that being said, I don't have a clue where to look for something like that.

Great White -> RE: fantasy football league list (11/15/2006 3:47:28 AM)

Brockleigh,

With all due respect, you are cool and fair usually. However, give me a break, you and everyone else have come to FB Games' with discussion/threads titled either exactly the same or extremely close.[8|]
quote:

Maximum-Football >> Online Leagues
; not Fantasy FootBall League (or something along those lines) >> Online Leagues If company forums/message boards were regulated without PR conciderations (sp?), then discussion/threads like this would be removed and tickets seriously enforced would be issued.

Why for jrodsly or anyone else?

Brockleigh -> RE: fantasy football league list (11/15/2006 5:20:04 AM)

Like you posted in your quote, GW: Maximum Football >> Online Leagues.

The title does not make mention of which On-line Leagues should be discussed, and as Maximum Football does not support Online Head-To-Head play, it leaves the topic open to interpretation. Again, I find nothing wrong, even with your reply, with jrodsly's question.

What myself and others on this forum object to is the discussion of other games and/or unfair criticism and comparisons with other games. That's when some of the more vocal posters (myself included) get our backs up.

I know I've posted elsewhere that this board is for the discussion of playing Maximum Football, but in my mind (and I certainly do not speak for Matrix or Winter Valley with this statement) this particular forum was set up with the idea of branching off the discussion towards an interest that has been discussed at length not only on this board but on the Winter Valley board that preceeded it. There just aren't any Maximum-Football Online Leagues going right now, and absent any of those, (and again, this is just my point of view) I don't find discussion on fantasy football offisde.

Brockleigh,

On-Line Simulated leagues, all that means slitch now.

This forum's description reads "Information for online leagues, fantasy leagues, office pools, etc...". Seems to me like the original post was on topic here.

I'm new here, and may be out of line with this, but I'm getting really weary of your schtick GWs. You have a long way to go to get your own posts (and grammar) in line before worrying about others. Just MHO (which may well be worth "slitch").

Great White -> RE: fantasy football league list-Not Attention Getting Purposes, But To APPOLOGIZE! (11/16/2006 6:06:34 PM)

jrodsly,

Sorry, found that mistakes and made it easier to read. If this is still too hard to read, then nothing I can do.

I cannot believe Matrix Company was so niave[8|], when creating these forums that they allow mixing real world and MF world[X(], and expect there will not be problems. It is an awesome idea, but in The Internet some awesome ideas just are missed used. By problems, I am not referring to my huge mistake or stupidty, if you want to call it that. I just assumed they understood the above, and since I never saw a separate real world football forum, I thought it way off topic, of forum.

Apology:

The posters in this discussion/thread all were right, now that I read the shocking and still unbelieveable description. I was way wrong and I am SORRY![:(] You CANNOT BELIEVE HOW SORRY I AM, I HATE WHEN PEOPLE DO WHAT I MISTKENLY/STUPIDLY DID!![:(] (Capitalization is not used in anger, for those that do not understand context.)

Go to  http://www.wqam.com/index.php?page=1 and listen to WQAM 560 AM South Florida's Best Sports Station, if you do not live in South Florida. The host's radio name is Orlando 'Big O' Azuaray.I think that is how his radio last name is spelled, one never sees his radio last name any more. I caught it last week, not a fantasy player, but nothing interesting was on and I was doing house-work (CFB later).

5:30 - 7:00 PM
Big O's Fantasy Playbook
Do not listen to him when he talks sports, he is terrible (not my fualt if you do) and the best in The USA, let alone WQAM, is Hank 'The Hammer' Goldberg.

Well I can only speak for the VCFL but I can speak about the CFC.

http://www.cfl.ca/index.php?module=page&id=84

I am currently here putting pictures to the players for the database. While doing that I added an extra field for the players current CFL team so the CFC database will have 8 teams with the players on their right teams at the end of the season.
Since the CFC will be using metric height and weight and metric field I will also make a CFL file that anyone can download with the imperial measurements.
As far as the VCFL goes were looking at a January start for the 2006 season since we have to do a entry draft first.

Attaboy, Commish.

Great White -> RE: fantasy football league list-Not Attention Getting Purposes, But To APPOLOGIZE! (11/17/2006 2:13:46 AM)

VCFL Commish,

Not trying to start a problem or any thing, just wondering why call it Canadian FootBall Council? Sounds like you are reviewing something in CFL, not a Video Games' version of CFL.

VCFL Commish -> RE: fantasy football league list-Not Attention Getting Purposes, But To APPOLOGIZE! (11/17/2006 2:53:44 AM)

Canadian Football Council was formed January 22 at Winnipeg and national negotiation lists were introduced. Value of a touchdown was increased from five to six points. Television rights were sold for $101,000. G. Sydney Halter, Q.C. was named Commissioner of Canadian Football Council.

I don`t run the league I just agreed to help them out.I think thats were they got the name though

VCFL Commish -> RE: fantasy football league list-Not Attention Getting Purposes, But To APPOLOGIZE! (11/17/2006 3:05:20 AM)

1958

Canadian Football Council withdrew from Canadian Rugby Union. CFC was renamed the Canadian Football League on January 19 at the Royal Alexandra Hotel in Winnipeg. G. Sydney Halter, Q.C. of Winnipeg was appointed Commissioner. The CFL opened on August 14 as the Blue Bombers defeated the Edmonton Eskimos 29-21 at Winnipeg before 18,206 spectators.
