Is there a formula the game uses to calculate how much supply is moved over land from one base to the next? And is there a way to make it go faster?

This is a total mystery to me too. I know HQ's tries to draw supplies but this so called "formula" would intrest me too.

I find cursing helpful. It doesn't make supply move any faster, but does make me feel better.

About the only thing you can do is bring a theater HQ to a base where you want supply stockpiled.
