How often do we need to rebuild the almanac?

I think it does it for you automagically at the end of each season, rebuilding the pages which have changed since last season (team pages, and any player who was active last season). You can update it yourself, manually, more frequently, if, say, you were publishing monthly updates to a website for an on-line league, or something.
