I've started some 15 campaigns now to test this and it holds true every time: German 50mm mortars don't have radios. I've edited the OOBs - no change. They can be upgraded and the upgrades will have radios but the initial "issue" when picking your core forces doesn't. Not a HUGE problem, but something to look at in the development of v3 to figure out "why?" and make sure it isn't a real problem.

This is deliberate. Lt Mortars can only be used for indirect fire by the platoon Co they are attached to (assuming they are within the 3 hex "normal" command radius. Not having radios keeps them off the "main net".
