I thought this had been fixed, but apparently not. I'm using 1.31 here. Two outs, runner on second. Runner has 89 speed. Fly ball to CF where CF makes an error...but runner only makes it to third? I don't care if the CF dropped it right in front of himself and caught it on the bounce, an 89 speed runner should still be heading for home...
