I was just wondering do most of the users typically control all of the sectors or only a couple and leave the remainder for the computer. DOes the computer do an adequate job of moving supplies from one area to the next or should I manually control all of this by setting up automatic convoys.

Thanks,

Brett

chances are yer better off being a control freak and being in charge of everything, especially if you are playing PBEM. if you give the AI areas to control you will likely end up battling it for control of your ships if they move to the wrong/'right' area. it's sort of a big job at first, but the more you play the game the smaller and smaller the map gets!

Never been giving control to computer even in WITP. In WPO usually only US is "in-game" against Japan. All the rest of allies most of the time kept away by house rules. This narrows operation field quite a lot.

Imho, this is one of the WITP features still present in WPO. Doubt it will work good enough in both of them [:'(]

Thanks for the feedback. I guess it is alot of "work" but once you get used to it it probably becomes second nature
