However after 10 days he was sent to OTU on a Hurricane conversion course. I think in the early stage the 3xx Sqns were little more than holding units for foreign pilots. Should read as 12/9/40 is the date that he joined 1 Sqn from the course.

Sept, yes, but what other one ? Incidently, I don't like the "Fred-George". Why not "Frederick G" ?

May of misread Pavlu when I was posting, no hassle been doing too many Germen names, lots of Freidrich's I been having to cut down I can make it Fredrick Spoil sport

Blenheim NF sqns: Asterisk marks out some of the particularly distinguished pilots then or later in the war who might deserve better ratings. All those named served in the sqns concerned during the Battle of Britain, but some may have been in other units at our start date for BoB, and of course some joined after the start date. Where I am confident that they were in the sqn at 13 August, I have marked with a CS. Well, got most of the NF pilots in got 98 Czech pilots in or corrected (we got every Czech that flew during BoB in)

Yes, I had seen that, don't know if the others here knew or not also believe it was said that he had been the last of the BoB Czech pilots to passaway a shame
