I’ve noticed several times after selecting an upgrade, my nation did not train for it. Why is this? How do upgrades work???

It normally happens next turn, not immediately, so you dont get the benefit in battles taht turn. If you dont get it at all, it is a bug.

I guess its a bug then. Has anybody else experienced this problem?
