Is it certain that saved campaigns cannot be carried over from v2.3? I fully realize the new features are worth it, but this is third campaign i've had to restart. If I just can't handle restarting, what's the worst that can happen? Strange units? Would there be anything that couldn't be repaired by an editor?
By the way, I mentioned this in a previous post, but I'm reading Panzer Commander: The Memoirs of Colonel Hans von Luck. It's fascinating, and there's an interesting quote from Sepp Dietrich, commander of 1st SS Panzer Corp, when informed of the 1944 assasination attempt on Hitler. He is said to of asked, "Who did it, the SS or the Wermacht?"
