ya flash, my best results have been with a smoking of the entrance hex, and not blowing the fort,, even if all the caves crew only get misc.small arms, theres usually about 20 of them in there and I got to get to the objectives[X(] but when I do kill the fortification,I drive a tank into the pre-smoked entry hex and "ROck their world.[sm=Tank-fahr09.gif]

I purchased a couple of ammo dumps, that I ringed with super-heavy LOW quality and strange valued and ranged Artillery?? keep in mind I'm playing on VER. 8.4 but some of these #'s for them being support are pretty sad!!

Riun T -> RE: FlashFyre Demonstration Long Campaign (12/11/2006 7:55:19 PM)

the second ammo dump is located on railway tracks, so the drive too and from is fast, and I don't foresee any problem moving these big guns up!

I was testing the Ammo truck that I have for forward attack package resupply, and they only took till turn 10 to re-arm the "FLAMEROCKETS" whats the %age rate that the little ammo carriers load exotic stuff like those nalpalm rockets??compared to the large dumps??

FlashfyreSP -> RE: FlashFyre Demonstration Long Campaign (12/11/2006 8:06:54 PM)

Ummm....Value is how much the unit is worth if destroyed; it is calculated AFTER the actual Experience and Morale ratings are determined. Cost is how much the unit cost you to buy it; it is determined by the Base Experience rating set for the year when bought. Unit Cost will not match the Value; Unit Cost is not even shown on the Unit Data screen.

Your 17cm Kanon units have atrocious Morale ratings, and their Experience ratings aren't much, either. That's why they are rated so low in Value.

not sure what the % is between the 2 but the larger the warhead, the longer it takes to reload.
things like increasing the warhead of some rockets was done in the past to slow down the reload rate, but then what you ended up with was things like 82mm rockets creating giant craters on the map, so we reduced various warhead sizes in Enhanced to get more realisic impact.

I'm really debateing calling for some fast moving reinforcements,, NOT, because I think i need any,, but just to slap the remaining jap forces down faster,,, I know that eventhou I've taken out their HQ there will still be some intense midfield action from their attempts to regain or hold remaining VH's in their close proximity.
