Don't some allied P-38 lightnings shoot down Yamamoto's plane sometime around this date historically ?? anyways back to this fight,,, stalling my advance between VH groups on the stream, I'm using this time to catchup with most of my advanced units and disberge more of my mobile infantry and concentrate Arrty and air strikes to what units I've seen with the previous CAS flyovers.

Riun T -> RE: FlashFyre Demonstration Long Campaign (12/28/2006 8:20:35 AM)

well the fight carries on with little more than squad /platoon sized firefights along the stream in most sectors, and some beutiful airstrikes!!

[image]local://upfiles/13350/77A29356363A4A2BBA7F871E5EA132BB.jpg[/image]

Riun T -> RE: FlashFyre Demonstration Long Campaign (12/28/2006 8:23:28 AM)

I run my airstrikes with a different angle each pass so as to get good visual coverage of the enemies backfield.
