XCom -> Problems with multiplayer after 1.37 installed (9/23/2006 5:18:02 AM)

As many of you know I've been running a test multiplayer league with several owners in a previous league I ran to test out the functions of Puresim's multiplayer mode. We had started out all using patch 1.31 and ran an initial draft. We were just getting to the point where we were going to start simming games. After our draft Shaun incorporated both the 7z file compression system and the in season ratings changes in recent patches (1.36?). So, we decided to all convert over to 1.37 to take advantage of these changes. Since that point though we've had all kinds of problems with FTP communications. When I try to upload the current league file I will get a message "Error uploading file" after the compression takes place and the file is actually sent to my server. When I check my server I can see the new file with the timestamp that I just sent...so there doesn't seem to be any error sending the file. My owners are now telling me that everytime Puresim loads up it tells them that there is a new file on the server and it downloads it (even if there isn't a new file). And, they are not able to send in any changes to me because they are getting an error message that says something to the effect of "The Commissioner is not allowing roster changes at this time or is currently simming games." but I'm not doing anything of the sort. We never had any problem sending files before upgrading and converting our association to 1.37. In addition to this I'm also seeing a problem with the FTP settings. Now that the Matrix server space is an option for hosting files you have a choice to choose the Matrix space or your own local server space to host the file. Whenever I open that window now the game defaults to using the Matrix server space and when I click on use my own space it tells me something like "there are other league files currently in that directory, do you want to delete them before going on?" and no matter if I hit yes or no the game doesn't seem to accept my choice to use my own server space. When I go back into the FTP options again the Matrix space is selected by default again. But, the game is still sending the file to my server space. Could this be getting in the way of communications with my regular server and causing our problems? To try and test out whether this is a patch related problem, I've created a new 4 team online multiplayer test league and input my FTP settings. But, when I now try and upload this first league file I'm getting the error "Unexpected error: 3265" and then the game hangs at a black screen and I have to kill it from Windows. I'm starting to think this might be related to the 1.37 patch as I never experienced any of these errors when working with my multiplayer league running 1.31. Any thoughts?
