Woodruff -> DH Tiredness/Recovery (10/9/2006 11:02:54 AM)

Shaun, The DHs don't seem to recover fatigue very well (if at all). In fact, they seem to take just as much fatigue as a normal position player does. It seems to me that hitting as the DH should be a BREAK from the day-to-day grind of playing a normal position, so a player shouldn't get as tired doing it. I understand a DH won't recover as much as a player who doesn't play at all, but it should be better than a normal position player. As well, it appears to me that you have catcher recovery set so that if a player's primary position is catcher, they will recover at the catcher rate. I have a catcher who is playing CF for me (yeah, I know...weird combination, but it's his 2nd position) and he gets tired almost immediately, and he's only like 22 years old.
