Just curious, but will the number of homeruns hit by the players increase over time? I am in 1909 and the most hit by any one player on my team is 6. Secondly, does manageing a game make a difference as to how many are hit? I had a team with 32 total home runs all season hit 5 off of my best pitcher in one game!
Thanks, love the game, cannot get enough of it!

The home run totals tend to reflect the real totals for the year played. In 1909 Ty Cobb of the Tigers led the AL with 9 HRs and Red Murray of the Giants led the NL with 7.
