Hi

Link to Lord Callidors Manual doesn't work anymore. Does anybody has this manual? May send it to me or send it to spooky for hosting?

Thank's
Morphin

Just saw this post, sorry. I've emailed a copy of Lord Callidor's doc to Spooky, asking him to host it. If I hear back from him that it's posted, I'll hit VSWG up with the updated link.

OK, the file is now available at Spooky's website: http://mathubert.free.fr/

VSWG, would you mind updating the first post in this thread with the new location?

It seems to be down again. Can someone confirm?

I was able to download it from Spooky's site. From the Strategy Guide and FAQ page, it's the "WitP unified manual/tutorial."

Now it works for me, too. Thanks for checking.

VSWG -> RE: "Must read" threads (8/20/2007 8:06:50 PM)

The List was becoming rather unwieldy, so post #1 now contains a table of contenst (sadly the titles are non-clickable), and the links have been moved to post #2.

Added:

Oilers and Replenishment TFs:

"HQ influence."  Mike Woods explains how HQs modify assault values:

Also added treespider's CHS Mod to section VI. Mods.

VSWG -> RE: "Must read" threads (8/21/2007 11:44:55 PM)

I've reworked section "I. General Links" and added all links from the Links to WITP Sites thread.

However the following links seem to be dead:

http://www.netwargamingitalia.net/
http://web2.london047.server4you.de/wbb2/board.php?boardid=142&sid=
http://jagdtiger.mm.pl/forum/

Can someone confirm?

Hey VSWG,

If you put each section of the table of contents in a post by itself, you can link to that post by right clicking on the 'reply to' link at the lower right of the post that replied to it...like the 'reply to' link in this post is a copyable link to your post from anywhere in the thread.

Let's add the "List of After Action Reports" to the must read threads - this keeps getting buried in the AAR section

I am touched to see that several of my rants actually produced reference material for other players.  At least they get a chance to learn from our mistakes!

Thanks for all the work in doing this.  I found some very useful info within the files!

Please, could someone change the link to the spanish WitP Forum (the 2nd post) for this new one?:

Puntadelanza has renewed its forum and the link posted in this thread is broken.

Thank you

Hi VSWG. Please strike my website from your list of WITP websites. Something is messed up with my Geocities page and I really don't care to have a website anymore. I hope I've been a bundle of joy for hackers out there. And I hope hackers go to hell someday. They deserve every bit of it.

USSAmerica -> RE: "Must read" threads (1/25/2008 10:00:19 PM)

Sorry to hear that, Gary.  [:(]

That sucks! [:(]

I've removed your site, but why don't you start a thread about your mod in the scenario forum, and upload your mod to a file host? Then you wouldn't have to maintain a website, and I could include these links in the list.

Widell -> RE: "Must read" threads (1/27/2008 7:20:42 PM)

Or you just use the wiki to describe the mod....

EDIT: Just wanted to plug in the recent additions to the wiki. Some really interesting stuff, and I am sure more have information to contribute with.... [;)]

Hi,
can I also get you to add WitpTracker as another util ...

The util works for both Allied and Japanese players (Stock/BB/CHS ... RHS is not supported yet) to provide some overview and specific details about all aspects of WITP by reading the savegame file ...

I made some serious updates of the Wiki software due to increasing amounts of spam and simple crap. Those that still want to contribute will have to validate their e-mail to do so, but the new version has some better features,  and is a lot more secure and stable.

EDIT: Had to also disable new account creation as these moron power leveller spammers was making a mess of the site. If someone, for any reason want an account, send a PM to me.
