I just wanted to point it out since it sounded like from th esite here that you guys have aspecial agreement to allow Kinko's to print game manuals for the digital download games.Initial they refused to print a pdf maual I brought in on my thumb/jump drive and only after take them to this site and sowing them a link to Kinko's and that they could print out manuals did they agree for the price $14.50. I have heard many such stories online from other people who have tried to print matrix pdf manuals. So, maybe somebody should let Kinko's corporate know that they should notify all there branch offices of any agreement.

do you have a link to the Matrix page stating the agreement? I would surely use them than using up all my ink.

It is on the matrix site where they our services and the doc center.

It says quote" Here at Matrix Games, we want to offer gamers an affordable way to print the PDF manuals that come with our titles. Kinko's has made that possible through the online DocCenter and a nationwide network of stores that will allow local pick-up of printed documents or to have them shipped to your front door."

That was good enough for the Kinko's guys.

Also, the license agreement in the back of the manual states clearly that the customer is allowed to print one personla copy of the manual at a print or copy shop. This is not limited to Kinkos.
If they ask point them to the back of the manual, should be the last page.

I think you just got stuck dealing with some toffey nosed clerk who needed to display some semblance of knowing what he was doing. I used Kinkos many times and that issue was never raised.

I am trying to get the HttR Strategy Guide printed at Kinko's, but there isn't a permissions page anywhere in the guide. How do I show them proof that it's ok?

EDIT: Oops.. found this thread using search and just noticed it's for WaW. Will post in the right forum.
