For all herbie opponents, or 1275 psi opponents, I am having huge e mail problems -it just sends and sends and sends until your mail box fills up -then mine does too with unable to deliver messages!

This has only just occured, and Im getting desperate as a computer brick
So, Im out of the wars until I can figure this out!

Pooootooooeeeeeeeeeee on computers and the evil men who make viruses.

HIV and Bird Flu are the only 2 known viruses that can not be transmitted through Outlook. [:D]

That is why I always use protection and wash my hands after using Outlook. [;)]

Try G-mail ( the G is for the well known search engine [;)]).

3rd party etc. lots of room ! oodles of it for old turns if the game goes pear shaped etc. and also downloads right to your specified folder .. no windows apps anywhere near it ! .. also use firefox as a browser too ..

good luck

I use only webmail and it is good, harmful content will not be downloaded to your computer. Most hava a built-in virus and spam filter. When you reinstall windows, you do not have to migrate your inbox. You change your provider, you still keep the email address - numerous advantages...
Just make sure you pick a good long password with numbers and upper/lower case letters.
Yahoo, GMail,... I am sure there are lots of others too.

If it's truly outlook (don't know as much about outlook express), check the size of the personal folder that has your "inbox" in it. If it's large (around 1.5G, although could be more or less), that's the problem. Create another personal folder, and move a bunch of stuff to it. Then, run the inbox repair tool (you might have to compact the personal folder first, don't recall exactly).

We use outlook at work, and I've run into this several times (although I try to be more proactive now, and don't get into the situation).

Good luck!

Been having a fair amount of luck running Thunderbird, too!
