I have been running several replays starting from 1901 to 1950 and noticed one problem that keeps popping up. Several players who do not play more than one or two seasons have been having long super human careers. I call it the Roy Hitt syndrome because he seems to be the one that does it the most.
It seems to effect pitchers mostly and it has to do with ERA and SO's.
Roy Hitt should have been out of baseball in 1907 his only seaon, however in 10 replays out of 20 he went on to have the best career of ANY pitcher. Some seasons having an ERA's lower than .075 and SO's of over 700.
It seems to effect one or two players every 5 sims or so. Is this happening to anyone else?
