The data is lifted straight from Hata, Ikuhiko, Izawa, Yasuho & Shores, Christopher: Japanese Army Air Force Fighter Units and Their Aces 1931-1945. Grub Street 2002, names no doubt familiar to anyone with a serious interest in the Pacific air war.
While the information isn't quite as detailed as that given in the monograph, the meat of the matter is there.
There's probably some kind of copyright issue here... :)
