DONMVP -> RE: Question from a newbie about Uniforms (12/5/2006 3:46:01 AM)

what i do is make a folder  with team name in my documents on my comp , in that folder make a home away folder . Now if you made a team  and league already , you`ll  see  that league on hard drive in your matrix  folder on your hard drive , open that see maxium folder open that . You`ll see all sorts folders . Should be one  maybe  say like  teams_cfl or something like that . Open it , you`ll see all your teams.  OPEN TEAM YOU WANT YOU`LL SEE  HOME AWAY .  What i do is  open the  document folder you have uniform in you want  .  I then  put curzor over home or away file , then i  hit   ctrl and  C ,   you`ll see it flicker  then i put cursur over the  team in the league folder , home away , then i hit ctrl and  V  at  same time . It deposits  that folder there . So now you  have  a uniform  in  game .  Or you can send each piece individualy from down load you get from  fbmax ,  by opening  that  folder and clicking cursur on  piece then hitting copy  on  side where it says  files folders , it ask  you where to send show you options like  c drive , like on my comp , i look for matrix , then maxium  and then  teams and click team it  will have home away , just click  which one you  want ,it sends it  there . Those our 2 ways .

Just to add to DONMVPs info. Maximum Football creates home and away folders using red and white uniforms as a default. You can just overwrite these files with the files you download. You can also have more than one uniform set in the team folder. That way you can have the current uniform plus alternates and past uniforms.
