? On University, Under Function. Could you please explain what here means. I understand what it does just not where it benefits. Is it per just that city its built in or per my entire country.

so lets say you have a University town, with three naval research, and a school.

you would get 3 for each naval research, 3 for the plus one to each building from university and another 1 for the school

so this would yield you 13 reasearch in naval correct?

and universitys/schools give nothing on there own also correct?

that is the way I understand it, never been able to really sit back and breakdown the totals

No, Schools give +1 in each area, regardless of what else is in that city.
