In the city list display, a few of the sort fields aren't working. For the non-numeric ones I'd expect it to at least be sorted alphabetically but regardless of what you choose, it doesn't seem to sort at all right now. The first few columns sort ok, up to support, after that it doesn't seem to sort correctly.

as long as we're talking about sorting, on the governors screen, when you sort by attitude, it sorts by the alphanumeric description.   it should sort by the numeric value instead.

Develop, Production, muster, conscript all do not sort at all
