This may been covered somewhere but I can't find it. How do re-download and install the game if my hard-drive crashed? Thanks, Jones'n for some puresim...

Simply download the latest version of the game and the install will prompt you for your serial number. You be good to go. If you lost your serial number you can get it via the memeber's area section of Matrix's web site.
