This may be a common problem, but I can't find mention of it anywhere.
When I load a new scenario or a saved game, the map doesn't ever fully load. All the icons are there, the game play still works completely, but none of the actual background map elements are there (the ocean, the islands). The background from the LAST screen you were on stays there, and the icons are superimposed on top of it. And when you scroll any direction, it REALLY messes things up.
The game had been working mostly fine (although I would run into the above issue very occasionally), but I just got a new monitor today, and now it's happening with every game.
Any ideas?
