elmo3 -> PBEM save question (1/4/2007 3:15:08 AM)

Is it possible to save a PBEM turn that is in progress but not completed and then come back to it later to finish the turn? I don't see anything about this in the manual. Thanks.

I think you should be able to save the game normally (from the "Game" menu) and then when you want to resume it you can load that save file from the "Load PBEM" game from the main-menu.  Honestly, I have to admit I never thought to have people test this, but off the top of my head I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work.

Will give it a shot and let you know if it works. With a wife and two kids there will be times when I need to get out of the game before completing my turn. [;)]

It works and saves it into the pbem folder.  You can also save it under any name you like and when you re-open it and end your turn the game will automatically rename it back to the original name such as "elmo3sgame_0_USA"
