I just tried to download the new patch for Flashpoint Germany from the members area but when I tried to register my game I got an error message that says 'key already used'.
Registration. therefore, failed. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

That is very odd.  Did you buy the copy through Matrix or retail/somehwre else?

Odd indeed.  Have you tried posting this in the Flashpoint Germany forum at all?  I know CPT Darwin seems to look there on a regular basis and he may be able to sort it out for you.

Not so much the wrong place, I just figured Capn Darwin would see it quicker in the Flashpoint Germany Forum, and I can see he did. I hope you get it sorted out.
