Well Manfred, I live only about 300 miles from Digital River and they goofed-up my address, so the US Postal Service sent the game back to Digital River, but I still get no help in correcting any address errors. You are in Europe and they had your address as being Alaska and have at least been courteous enough to correct the problem. [X(][8|]

In my case, after paying through Paypal where Paypal gives the correct adress to the shipper, Digital River and Matrix Customer Support only babble curtly to me that the game has been shipped approximately 16 - 17 days after the USPS sent the game back to Digital River as undeliverable because of Digital River using an incomplete address. [>:][>:]

Consider yourself lucky!!!

THANX ERIK, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING NOW AS dIGITAL rIVER CAUGHT THE MISTAKE, OR SOMEONE DID, AND I GOT MY COPY TODAY, 2-2-07!!!!!!!!!!! [&o][:)]

I SENT A THANK YOU LETTER TO MATRIX CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND INCLUDED THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE NEW GAME AS WELL AS THE LOST GAME. I HOPE DIGITAL RIVER MAY HAVE THE LOST COPY AND SIMPLY SENT ME ANOTHER COPY WITH A DIFFEENT SERIAL NUMBER.

I got the game today in the mail!!!

Once, awhile back, I mailed a copy of a rare Conan the Brabarian book, only 1,500 copies printed here in Ann Arbor, Michigan to a collector in Ireland. The book got to Ireland in 3 days by Air Mail but wasn't unloaded, then went to Germany, then to Greece, then back to Germany where German Customs impounded it for 10 days, probably so one of the German Custom's officers could read the book I suspect [:)][8|], maybe so. Then the book went back to Ireland and after over 2 weeks of travelling about the USA, the Atlantic Ocean, and Europe the collector in Ireland finally got his book, He wasn't upset, keine angst, and explained what was happening to me because it haad happened to him previously.

Hope you get your game soon.

Still no option in the European shop to buy game with manual, only download. When wil lwe Europeans who bought the download on release get the offer to have the manual shipped to us for an extra fee?

Why is there no update on when we in europe who bought the game on release will be able to purchase the manual. I am very dissapointed in not being kept up to date with what is going on in europe. I have not heard any news on when the offer will be extended to. or if it will.[[&:]

Ok, firstly the EU/UK/AUS stores should have the physical options live today (finally!). Please let me know if the work for you.

Second, I'm still waiting on that answer on the manual upgrades, I expect now to have it today.
