Was content the list changed in some of the latest patches?

Before my observation was:
The list contained all ACTIVE pilots with at least 1 kill (no WIAs)

plus

Aces (5 kills and more) who have been WIA/KIA/MIA.



I am playing 43 campaign now. After last turn I got a report that "WO Kakimoto E. of 203rd Ftr.Sentai is credited with kill number 10" but next turn he wast in top pilots list (and he wasnt with his unit of course). In operation report there was no message about his loss. I also noticed that I have no KIA or MIA pilots in top pilots list, despite I have 2 dozens of aces - thats weird in 43 campaign for Japanese player. But there are WIA pilots with less than 5 kills now in the list.

It seems to me that currently top pilot list contains:

all ACTIVE pilots and WIA pilots with at least 1 kill. No MIA/KIA pilots are listed, even if they were aces.

Could anyone confirm this?

I haven't paid a whole lot of attention, but I did notice an MIA pilot in my list.

Sounds about right.  IIRC, as part of the running out of pilots fix, non-active pilots with less than 5 kills were cleaned out of the top pilot list to free up slots.  WIA pilots will return to the squadrons eventually so I suppose they are still considered active!!
