Which part did you not see much about: editor use or a specific tutorial? Second half of the manual covers editor use. Pretty good reference manual.
To answer your question directly: Editor tutorial is something that will be worked over time. DB has a pretty extensive tutorial on Run5 area of the SSG Website; expect BF will have its own section sometime soon. Much of what's discussed in the DB tutorial applies (conceptually) to BF. Can we get one started here? Depends on the interest. Most important thing when working with the editor is to ask questions when you're not sure! (Also very important to keep a back up copy of any stock scenario you're working on!)
