mikewjohnston -> Stopped when I hit Play (2/15/2007 6:25:37 PM)

Hi,

I've downloaded the game... made sure the Java and microsoft downloaded were done... rebooted... and now when I call up the command centre screen and try to click on play, I get an error message saying CC3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down.

Help!

Mike

A screen pic would really help, or transcribe the message in detail here. The MSJavaVM and the MS .Net 2 Framework are not involved here.  When we have got that, I can wing it past our Dev.

In the meantime, try uninstalling and re-installing.  It has helped a few peopl out already, so you never know.

Trying to get screen capture to be uploaded. Captured it and easy to send via email to you... but in the meantime:

Microsoft error report that says: CC#.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...

the error reports says:

Error signature: AppName cc3.exe AppVer 2006.11.17.1 ModName: cc3.exe, ModVer 2006.11.17.1

Error report contents: Exception Information Code 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x000000000
Record: etc

System Information: Windows NT 5.1 Build 2600 etc

The following files will be included in this error report: c:\docume1\michae1\locals1\temp\ccff_appcompat.txt

Don't know if this helps
