KG_Absolute -> oleaut32.dll Cannot Be Updated Error (2/20/2007 2:43:09 AM)

Says the file is in use and cannot "unload" or stop it. Any suggestions? This has my CC3, the original, already installed on it.[X(]

Should not be a problem, as long as it's already in your system.

I experienced this when I first installed, and then later when I reinstalled after correctly installing Net framework (with a repair done) the Battle HQ and mod swap worked correctly.
