It seems to be working, given the right settings. We're actually working on a company project to test all our games and installers on Vista and update those with issues where possible. I expect within a month or so we'll start updating our store and games pages to list those titles that are already confirmed Vista compatible.
For now, if you don't see Vista listed, don't assume it's compatible. I think the vast majority of our games will be fine - I don't really expect more than minor issues, but we need to make sure.
