There is nothing about the tool in "What's New" file. Is the problem with event's ID already fixed?

Problem?

F6/F7 exports events into an XML format and allow you import them back from XML. I wouldn't recommend trying to edit everything in XML, but for making small corrections, or figuring out what's going on, it should be excellent.

At some point, there should be some tools to use it too.

There was a problem noticed by sstevens, AFAIR - an exported file shown internal value in a case of event numbers, not these values shown by Event Editor. So, all numbers of events were reduced by 1: Event 100, activated by Event 1 and activating Event 101 was shown as Event 99, activated by Event 0 and activating Event 100.

OK - It seems that you don't remember that you had made a change here ;). I've tested it and results are:

1) F6 creates "Scenarioname Event.evt" xml file now, instead of txt file created by the previous version.
2) The problem described above is partially fixed. The event is shown this way, now:
Event 100, activated by Event 1 and activating Event 100

"Event ID" and "CONTINGENCY" values are correct. "VALUE" is still an internal value, not this value shown in Event Editor.
