Shaun, Now that we can get in to the PSA's with MS Access, I have some old PSA's that went bad. Is there anything I can do to them to get them back working again? Maybe delete a certain set of data ?

No, there are just too many variables. That said, "bad" associations should be a rarity these days. Shaun
